• Make secure online payments via Stripe

2. User Accounts

Account Creation

• Customers should arrive on time for their scheduled appointment
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

All quotes provided are estimates only and may change based on the actual work required. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments via Stripe
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
• Invoices are generated digitally and accessible through your customer portal

Late Payments

Outstanding invoices may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to withhold vehicle release until payment is received in full.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• All workmanship carries a warranty as per Australian Consumer Law
• Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms
• Warranty claims must be made within a reasonable time frame
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications

6. Vehicle Care & Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we will take reasonable precautions to protect it. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
• We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles
• Vehicles left beyond the agreed collection time may incur storage fees
• We recommend collecting your vehicle within 48 hours of completion notification

7. Online Store & Products

Products purchased through our online store are subject to the following:

• Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may not be exact
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
